I miss Trakanon

 | Do you remember Trakanon? No, not the zone. The dragon dude? Yes, right. That guy with the rotting leg whose DoT kills you when you think you lived. But that's not the point. How long did your last Trakanon kill take? 5 minutes? 3 minutes? You Manaburn teams take your hands down, this isn't about you. An average Trakanon kill takes less than 5 minutes. It's a rush. Fast paced. All out damage.
Fast forward. Luclin era. So we went to kill Seru again. Anyone want to make a guess how long this fight lasted? I'll tell you. From the first tash to the faction hit, this fight lasted a total of fifty two minutes. 52 MINUTES. This is longer than an episode of Star Trek, for christ's sake! It takes 7% of a day to kill ONE mob? I sure hope this doesn't rise exponentially in PoP, because some people try to maintain some kind of a *gasp* life. (Yes, I know this excludes me)

It's come to our attention that Tunare, Mother of Nature, was suffering from bad depressions. So we promptly scrambled our emergency task force and made our way through the Plane of Growth to pay her a special visit. It's summer, after all, and people should be happy. Everyone chipped in and we were able to send Tunare on a one week vacation at the beach. She's having a great time.
